Cancellation and Refund Conditions of Workshops:

• In case the Workshop is postponed or canceled by the instructor, participants who have already paid will be given the option to choose whether to use their payment for a Workshop with the same Instructor in the future within a 12 month period or be fully refunded.

• In case the participant withdraws her/his registration, up to 30 days before the Workshop date: Workshop fee can be refunded deducting the credit/debit card processing and registration fees (2.9% + 30 cents + 3,50 USD) or the participant might choose to use the option to apply their payment for a future workshop with the same Instructor within a 12 month period.

• In case the participant withdraws her/his registration within the last 30 days before the workshop date or does not attend the Workshop: Payment will be applied for a future workshop with the same Instructor within a 12 month period.

• The instructor holds the right to change the venue of the Workshop within the same city when necessary and inform the participants about the new address within a reasonable time frame.

• Travel, accommodation, and food costs are not included in the Workshop price. In case of cancellation, postponement or the location change within the same city, the instructor cannot be held responsible for the occurring costs (travel, accommodation, food, etc.) of the changes and the refund does not include such costs.

PSYCH-K® Sessions

• Redefined By Design LLC offers PSYCH-K® sessions online via Face Time/Zoom and phone for remote.

Free Consultation and Sessions

• You can book a no-cost consultation at any time to determine if our collaboration is a good fit, and if this type of relationship is right for you. Your initial consultation will be a private phone call.

Session Payment

• Payment is expected at least 24h before session. Checks, PayPal, Venmo, credit are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

• All Session fees are non-refundable.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session price. No-shows are charged full session price.

Readiness

• On-time arrival is expected to receive your full session. If you arrive late, you will receive your session with leftover time unless another appointment is scheduled immediately after. You will be charged the full session price.

Confidentiality

Please understand that the work we do together is not a therapy, and by entering into this commitment you are affirming that you are emotionally stable, in sound psychological health, and personally responsible for all of your own decisions and commitments. All information you share during our sessions will be kept strictly confidential as the laws permit. Please note that as a Facilitator, I do not have the same type of client-coach communication “privilege” that a therapist or attorney may have under the law.

Signed Agreement

Health and Wellbeing clients: must sign an agreement on file prior to our first scheduled session. (This is not necessary for the free consultation.)

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We assure you we will never sell your personal or private information gathered on/through this website or other means such as registering for Intro Webinars, etc. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, phone numbers, addresses, credit card numbers, and banking information. We never collecting or capturing any personal or private information without your knowledge.

As a client you agree to allow the sharing of your Success Stories publicly through written formats. Names and identifying details will be modified to maintain anonymity whenever possible if requested. Written Success Stories may be included in brochures, websites, articles, blogs or other media suitable for written content.

If you prefer your Success Stories not be shared, please make a request in writing so it may be noted and respected.

Video and Audio File Success Stories or testimonials may be shared publicly in all viewing/audio formats including, but not limited to, Webinars, Websites, YouTube, Vimeo, In-person viewing, or other video/audio sharing methods. Because these methods will show your image and your voice will be heard we make no guarantee, nor warrant who will or will not have access to your video/audio file. Software available in the market place makes it possible for video/audio information to be dubbed, spliced, or used without our knowledge or permission. Therefore, use of any video/audio files will be posted/shared only with your expressed permission either in writing or given verbally. Our privacy policy is subject to change without notice and can be viewed on this page at any time.

All information shared between client and facilitator is kept private and your information will never be shared or sold. Your identify and client confidentiality are considered strictly personal and confidant. No information personal or otherwise will be shared outside the scope of the client/facilitator relationship.
